reservations.  These special rates include the use of the home and
all the amenities of the Windsor Hills Resort.  

Last minute specials require payment in full at the time of the
reservation and are subject to availability.

Last minute specials are subject to 13% Florida State & Local
taxes. Rates do not include pool heat unless advertised.  Excludes bookings taken prior to January 1, 2008.  The maximum occupancy of the home is 8 guests.  For the comfort of future guests, there is no smoking and no pets of any kind are permitted in the home.
